We were gifted a portable dishwasher and after much research, chose this one, partly because it would arrive with free shipping. For the most part everything is fine and it works. It is small but that is to be expected, given what it is. I constantly wish it were just a little bigger but alas, that is not going to happen in our kitchen. I was originally quite pleased with the back panel that hides the power cord and hose and we dutifully put it away after each use. We've now reached a point where we just leave it plugged in and the hose flops around in our way in the sink because it's easier than putting it away. I wish it was a bit easier to tether the hose out of the way when not in use, besides stuffing it back in the slot (which is kind of difficult). We may come up with our own idea to hook it to the wall or something. The top drawer has never slid back into place nicely and gets stuck on the track. A forceful push and it will go into place but that's a bit annoying. Another annoyance is the silverware caddy. We pretty quickly removed the stupid slotted top that was attached to the top. Who has silverware that will cleanly fit into those slots? Also we ended up removing the carry handle for the silverware caddy because it was always getting in the way of putting silverware INTO it. Then I had to zip tie it to the edge of the lower rack because it moved around too much and never seemed to have a perfect home in that lower rack. Does it wash the dishes, absolutely and I'm glad to have it. We use the light wash, hi temp settings the most and haven't had cause to use the longer runs after a first or second try. The light wash is one of the shortest duration washes and seems to work just fine for our dishes. One last thing,we need to move this to get to a basement door unfortunately. I find it doesn't roll very well and I'm often fighting with it to move it out of the way. We are strong and I would hate to see someone who was older or weaker fighting with it.

I bought this because it is stainless inside instead of plastic. There is just me and my husband so we don™Â€™t need a full sized one and my electric skillet fits in it. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is even when you are standing right next to it.

We bought this do to the fact that it fit perfectly in the space available and we love it. The only downside is the faucet adapter which we have not been able to find an aerator to fit over it while the dishwasher is not in use.

This purchase is a replacement for an outdated, heavy, broken old portable dishwasher. We needed something my wife could maneuver around the kitchen without breaking her back. This unit is the best for the money. Stainless steel tub, with enough capacity for the dishes that only a married couple produces.

I purchased this after moving into a rental house that doesn™Â€™t have any space or plumbing for a dishwasher. It is extremely functional and sizable for a portable unit that connects to a faucet. Dishes are generally clean (some care is needed in loading); having a rotating water jet under the top rack is a surprising feature for a portable dishwasher.

I was extreme happy with it until it stopped draining water after a cycle completed. I don't know what to do, it is still working perfectly just it is a lot of water on the bottom when I open the doors.

We bought this a little over a year ago, and have had mostly very good results. We bought the 18" size and have not had any regrets. A larger size would have meant it sitting for 2 or 3 days before use, eating all of our plates and silverware in the meantime. Our concern: the documentation that came with the unit was too limited. There should have been more instructions about troubleshooting. We do have some trouble loading bowls in this dishwasher.

I bought this and it does an exceptional job in washing and drying. I like the portability and the added counter space. I can move it anywhere in my kitchen and use it as a small kitchen Island when needed for food prep. Highly recommend!

I bought this about 4 months ago to squeeze in between my range and cabinets. It works great. I usually put in 8 full size plates and about 3-5 smaller plates, 4 cereal bowls, about 8 coffee cups/glasses, some miscellaneous stuff and all of the silverware I want. It's not quiet which is not expected because it drains in the sink, not the disposal. I run it in the evening and in the morning I turn off the water at the faucet - no leaks. I get better cleaning results when warming up the water before connecting the dishwasher hoses. Another recommendation - I got better results by only filling soap 1/2 full - less spotting/residual streaking.

After waiting for an exceptionally long time to receive this dishwasher from a local retailer, we found that it is much smaller than the former Whirlpool 18" dishwasher that we had prior to this one. Also, the bottom rack has tilted tines in odd positions, making it very difficult to fit a variety of dishes inside. The silverware tray can only go in one location, which happens to be near the middle of the bottom rack, making the position of items even more difficult. If it didn't already take months to receive it, I would have returned it for a different, cheaper and better designed model.
