Except for the loud thumping when the machine is in the rinse cycle everything seems to work ok. Supposedly this is normal but very irritating and of some concern. It's supposed to mean the clothes need to be rearranged since there is an overload on one side. I do this and it still thumps

I like most of the features, but was unable to see the actual unit on display before purchasing. I am too short to reach the bottom of the tub, so I have to use a grabber to get the clothes out after each wash. Also, don't like the locking lid because I like to make sure that the water level is high enough. Overall, it works great with no problems. Had everything I was looking for and great reviews. I also had size restraints in my very small area so it fits perfectly. Very pleased, except for the minor inconveniences.

We had a Frigidaire washer before that was great, so we wanted to go with a Frigidaire again. The washer is great as far as getting the clothes clean and is super quiet. Our only problem is if left on Auto fill, it doesn't give loads enough water. The clothes absorb the majority of the water, and some don't get fully wet, which is an inconvenience and disappointing. We have to select the level of water instead of Auto fill to make sure this does not occur. Our only other concern at this time is that the lid is plastic and may eventually wear out or crack. We would have gone with their higher end model, but it has been out of stock for a while, and I couldn't keep waiting for it.

So far I'm really happy with my new Frigidaire washing machine. It's really quiet and doesn't take that long to do a normal load. I don't like are that there's not an actual soak option/cycle. I didn't realize this because I could see on the machine the word soak so I thought that was a soak cycle, but it isn't. Also, there is no display that shows minutes remaining etc. The reason I mention this is because in the paperwork that came with the washer, there is reference to a display that shows the minutes in the cycle etc.

The washer has been working well since it was delivered 3 weeks ago. We only do laundry once or twice per week using normal wash cycle, medium load with extra rinse. It takes about an hour each time. It is not loud and doesn't shake much when it spins. What I like most is that it puts in enough water to soak the load, unlike many other high efficiency washers. Our clothes always come out clean and quite dry. Hope it is durable!

This washing machine is about the same dimensions as my older crappy one but has so much more room inside! it has many features not on my old machine and was about the same price. it has a dispenser drawer, a chime that tells me it's done and it's more energy efficient. it's much quieter than my old one also. in short i love it! One of the things that caught my attention when I was shopping was the overwhelming four- and five-star reviews. it just oozes with quality from all the little things like easily adjustable footing to click to stop and open to add another piece of laundry.

I have had this washer for less than a month and so far I am happy with it. There is nothing digital on it. Just a simple washer that does what it needs to do, wash my clothes. Everything is clean. I have washed all kinds of items since I only had a 48 hour window to return it. I washed two queen quilts in one load and there was plenty of room! I usually put the water level on deep fill so I don't have to go back and check the water level. So I can't review the auto fill. I did pick this washer after reading so many bad reviews of other washers. So far, so good!

We have only had this washer for two months. During the spin cycle, it sounds like a screaming bearing. We had a service technician out yesterday, and he ran the machine through its paces. After he completed the inspection, he told us the loud, high-pitched noise was from the spinning tub and that all the holes were making the annoying noise during the spin cycle.I am sorry, but this is a poor design flaw. We have never had a washer do this!!! Seems like something could have been done, or at least an offer to switch out this bucket of bolts!!I am not the type to yell foul when something is wrong, but please ™"this design is poor!!! We really like the washer and dryer ™"perhaps the best we have found ™"but the loud noise every time we do our wash is ridiculous!!! I would not purchase another machine if I have to put up with this noise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This review is not about the product, but the company itself.The shipping service that Frigidaire contracts to deliver did not fulfill its obligations, each time saying they ran out of service hours and it would be brought back to the warehouse. This happened not once, but twice!The most Frigidaire would do was offer a $75 inconvenience fee, but not if I cancel the order - in other words, $75 to continue to deal with a product that isn't being delivered.If you need to purchase a machine, consider buying it from a small business that offers good customer service, like Drimmers. They delivered for free on the next business day.

My new washer works great, though I have only had it a few weeks. This is a replacement for a washer that I bought brand new a year ago (it broke down, and it was bought at a different appliance store). I was happy to find this washer with so many good reviews and at an affordable price. The tub is stainless steel and is not as big around as some machines, but it is deep and holds a lot of laundry including my queen size bedspread. The settings are easy to use, and I like that it has a locking lid. It has a drawer with your soap and fabric softener dispensers (they can be a little awkward to use but it is not bad), it also has a separate bleach dispenser. I usually add my detergent and softener then start the machine and let it fill a little with water then pause (I love this feature) it and add my laundry. You can hear the lid lock when you start the washer and unlock when you pause it. The washer can be a little loud, but it is good for me since it is in my basement. I really have to pay more attention to how long a load takes to wash but it seems like some settings take quite a while. Overall, this is a really good machine, and I do recommend it. I also have to say that Home Depot has the best delivery system. I was sent a reminder about the delivery day and approximate time a few days ahead of the actual delivery and was notified several times on the day of delivery of how soon my washer would be here. When I went on HD site to track the machine, they even had a map to show where the truck was at. The delivery people were also really nice and wasted no time getting the machine in the house and hooked up. I will shop at this store in the future. Everything was very organized and handled in a professional manner.

We received this washer as part of our new home purchase, and while I was initially a bit skeptical, it™™s turned out to be a solid, straightforward washer that gets the job done well. It doesn™™t take up much space in our laundry room, yet it™™s large enough to handle bedding from our king-size bed in one load. It™™s also done an impressive job tackling some tough stains from our infant™™s clothes. There are a few downsides worth mentioning. The tray dispenser starts leaking detergent as soon as we fill it ™" not sure if that™™s normal or an issue with ours. There™™s no digital display, so you™™re left guessing how long each cycle will take, and the ™cycle complete™ notification can™™t be turned off or adjusted, which is a little annoying.
