Satisfied overall except for the fact it DIDN™€™T come with a FREE one year warranty. I was not aware of this until I registered your product online and wanted me to buy the first year warranty. This should have been disclosed in the description and feel this should be an industry standard.

Has all the information at hand. Accompanying literature is excellence. I especially like the reheat as food seems to be the correct temperature when ready and not dried out. I like that the circulation fan is for direct outside and does a great job of eliminating food odors.

Do not buy the product! You'll be very disappointed. We bought it 1.5 years ago for our new home and have only been using it for less than a year and it no longer works. The fan is awful and doesn't work well and never has. It doesn't heat well. This product should have worked longer than a year. We bought all the matching appliances and thought we could trust this brand. We don't recommend for friends or our customers.
