I bought this oven approximately 4 months ago. Made my Christmas cookies, didn't burn a one. Was very happy with how evenly everything cooks. I am a little disappointed with the stove top. I believe after just a click of uses, there are little scratches. You must clean the stove top after every use, as well. I do like the low heat cleaning feature. I have not yet used this feature but I believe it will be great.

Worst oven we have ever bought

Our new range is everything we had hoped. Although the range it replaced serviced us well, we are appreciating the large cooktop with 5th burner and very spacious oven. There is more than enough room for several dishes and roast. We have yet to try the cleaning feature which uses water in bottom of oven; stayed tuned on that. It's really nice to have the convection option again. Liking the additional rack options...most ranges only offer four. Controls are easy to use and preheat takes little time. A beautiful workhorse...we are Cookin' Now!

After 21 years w/original appliances, my wife and I upgraded to all new KitchenAid stainless steel appliances. This is a high end beautiful looking range with many nice features. It has a huge oven that can accommodate the biggest turkey imaginable. I use the convection all the time. The fan is whisper quiet. The first time my son cooked a pizza, it dripped all over the bottom and made a huge mess. The steam clean feature came in very handy and made clean up a breeze. We love it!

Looks Good From Outside

Wish I had shopped around more. I wanted a self-cleaning oven, not a bathtub. Self-clean means you do it yourself. This is is a total joke. I wish I had my old stove back. It takes forever to heat up because the coil is buried. Everything I bake takes at least 10 minutes longer. Timing has been trial and error. Pizza is the worst. The five elements on the ceramic top seemed cool. Needs to be re-engineered. They heat at different rates. Why? Too many control buttons. Why? The drawer at the bottom holds half of what my old stove did. The ceramic top is not as easy to clean as my 15 year old one was. I am sure all of these things are to cut the cost of appliances but at the consumers ire. If you prefer quality over the price don't buy this. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

This was a reluctant purchase for me, going from coil to smooth top. I've long wondered if I would be a fit for my large family. All the reviews of being difficult to clean and keep clean scared me a bit. I must say, any stove you use, you must clean...As long as you add a few minute regiment of clean up at night or before you begin to cook in the morning you can stay on top of it. I do believe permeant damage difficult, its much less touchy than I thought. The only caution I may have is that the purchase of few new pans may be necessary, pans must sit flat on the stove top. Ours had warped to the shape of the old coil stove. Of the three new appliances we recently purchased this may prove to be my favorite.

Love my new range. Agree with previous reviewers that there are issues with the temperature and cook times. I believe this is due to the large size of the oven and the fact that there is only a heating element on the top. I have learned to adjust the temperature up 25 degrees and it works perfectly. I have had no issues and am generally happy with the purchase of this oven.

I generally love Kitchenaid products and would like to be able to give this range a five star rating. However, after attempting to clean the oven with the "aqua lift" technology, I am fit to be tied over the ineffectiveness of this method and the results. Not only that, the glass top takes more effort to clean than it should in my estimation.

We came back to Kitchen Aid products and are so happy we did. This oven has great features, looks sleek, reaches it's intended temperature quickly, and cooks everything evenly. Easy to clean too.

Love the Look!

I'm still getting used to cooking with my new range. Not sure yet if I like the way the burners are set up but am getting used to it. I love the size of the oven and the 3 racks. I also love the full window on the door - it let's me really watch what is cooking rather than having to open the door.

Love the convection option.

Nice range

I like this range. It cooks very well. The oven temperature is true. It looks nice. I have a black one. I do not like the institutional look of stainless steel after working in a school for over 30 years. Finger prints show on the black though. It is also hard to maintain the glass top. Scratches easily. I have not used the cleaning feature yet.

oven bakes well.

We are extremely disappointed in the cooktop. You advertise five burners, but two are very small and another small one only warms. The two large are okay for size, but too close to the small ones. Multiple pots do not fit well. The worst part is cleaning the top! It is a nightmare to clean. We are very disappointed with this stove overall.
