I am a 5 foot one and a half female, and I was told there was lumbar support, which actually is too low on the bed to really help me. It's a decent mattress, but not exactly what I was hoping for. I can feel the ridges on my back would feel kind of lumpy. I think I'll need to get a thick mattress pad to help minimize feeling it.

The mattress lasted just a year and then began to form a sink hole in the center. This was a huge disappointment considering how firm it was when I purchased the mattress. Know I'm dealing with back pains every morning.
