This is our third LG dryer. Not because they havent lasted we still on win 2 and gave one to our daughter. Our first one we have had for about 10 years and it is still going strong. We believe this is a great product and have continued to buy it.

Weve been using this a few weeks and had the technician out to adjust the installation thinking that was why it was loud. The technician assured us it was level but its still much louder than our previous dryer. Disappointing but already gave our other dryer away. Looks great and matches our washer but wish it was quieter.

This dryer works really well and is so easy to use Ive only had it for a short while but my gas bill has gone down. It also qualifies for a rebate from the gas company so thats a nice bonus. Really happy with my purchase

I saved hundreds of dollars by not buying a dryer that has unnecessary features like steam and smart apps that no one needs to simply dry a load of laundry. This dryer does the essential things very well but also has the options that are worthwhile like a moisture sensor and vent filter and hose clog monitoring in addition to all the standard types of clothes settings. And it was on sale for 40 off

I bought this dryer about a month ago. Still learning the best drying features for each load as they differ. Otherwise though its a nice dryer. My wife and I like the large drum. Doing bedding and larger loads are nice with the 7.3 drum

This dryer along with the LG washer we have are an excellent combination. I dont believe that I would ever switch brands as we have had very good luck with both. I love the dryer. Has numerous usable features that are simple to understand. It drys very well and evenly. Its been 13 years since we have bought a new dryer and the technology has changed quite a bit for the better. Not sure what else to say other than this is an excellent dryer any way you look at it. The wifes happy so Im happy. Reliability is always at the top of my list and this dryer is reliable. Its quiet senses when to shut off the our clothes never have come out wrinkled

This dryer thinks its a Ferrari when all I needed was a Toyota. I cant figure what setting to use for towels. A comforter was still damp after 1 1/2 of drying. Not to include a manual with the item is a joke. I constantly have to log onto my computer to read the manual. I regret buying this machine.

I bought this to replace a less than 2 year old model that kept throwing a D80 code with timed dry cycle. It could not fixed because sensory board backordered.
Assumed with it being a newer model the bugs would have been fixed in sensory board.
Wrong. This dryer was much worse. The D80 code came up and stopped dryer on every cycle. The flow sense button and clean lint filter button constantly came on.
We had dryer vent cleaned out in October so knew it was not plugged.
Had it removed and bought a good USA basic dryer that works great. You can keep the Smart dryers

We bought this dryer in July and it is much quieter than our previous unit. It does a great job completely drying clothes at all settings. Based on the specs it should also be more economical. LG has also improved the lint screen filter design which is also a positive improvement since our previous model would sometimes get clothing caught on the corner of the filter.

I have now dried all types of loads in this dryer and I cant get over how quickly the dryer dries even on permanent press. I used to have to add extra drying time and I never need to with this machine. It is also quieter than my last machine. Excellent.

Ive owned this for less than three weeks but not really happy with results. Trying to get different loads dry by following manual suggestions doesnt work well. Drying even three or four towels takes a lot longer than anticipated. Drying T-shirts or even baby clothes is hit or miss. May as well just use the timed drying and hope for the best. The many choices are appreciated but just make getting my clothes dry and not completely wrinkled is turning into quite a chore. Read the manual online completely too vague and all the suggestions really didnt help in reality. Normal setting is useless for most loads. I cant recommend this product. Getting my clothes dry in a realistic time frame just troublesome. I dont have two hours to dry a medium load of regular clothes. LG technician suggested only using one or two of the settings. Not happy with results of my purchase.

Having a hard time getting towels dried. Open up door and towels are still damp. Drying cycle gets down to 6 minutes then adjust to 16 minutes and keeps doing this again and again two or three times and towels still damp. Other times it works fine. Having a hard time using the manual functions also press for 3 seconds to change temp. And no response. Cant figure it out
