We are very pleased with our LG. We were without a refrigerator for a week. We had ordered another brand from another store. On the day of delivery it came completely destroyed. The store told us it could be another week to get a replacement. I call another store and it came two days later. It is perfect and keeps everything crisp and cold. We are very pleased.

The specs. says it has 7 bins on the doors. Mine has 6. It doesnt have a dairy bin. I will call customer support and confirm # of bins.

But this unit two weeks ago Right after delivery guys left notice the bottom freezer top tray will not roll in and out easily called LG the lady there wasnt a lot of help she was trying to tell me to take the whole bottom freezer section apart and I said Im not doing that its the top tray so she said someone from the delivery team was coming out the next day they never came so I called the Lowes store in sicklerville and talked to the people that I knew there and they were going to try to get in touch with a rep to get me a new tray because the tray I believe is defective I went over to the sicklerville store and all the LG freezers bottom freezers all sliding and out easily on that top tray I even took one out of one of the refrigerator freezers and put it back in it was perfect My and binds up theres something wrong with it. One of the people over there said tell him to just come and get it and replace it with a new refrigerator. I couldnt see that because its only a tray so I talked to a girl Marie and the Philippines the other day and she was going to order that tray for me told me I should have it within 7 to 10 days hopefully this will solve the problem and we wont have any other issues

To enhance organization I have incorporated clear plastic bins which have further elevated its functionality. One aspect that particularly stands out to me is how the bins on the door seamlessly coexist with the items on the shelves avoiding any disruptive contact. Great Design Lots of Storage

We purchased this refrigerator after lots of online and in-store research and reading many reviews. We had few replacement options due to space limitations - our refrigerator area measured roughly 36 wide x 36 deep. We needed a narrow width in order to accommodate the wall on the right side so we could fully open the door. We knew we wanted the French door refrigerator/bottom drawer freezer design. After comparing size price inside versus outside water/ice dispenser systems etc. we decided on this awesome refrigerator. The front-door outside dispenser is water-only which is good - less mechanisms less potential mechanical issues. The overflow water catch bin on the door is very small/narrow so less chance of dirt accumulation = less cleaning. We looked at refrigerators where the water dispenser was on the inside but quickly realized you have to open the door every time you need to use it. The ice is made and stored on the left side of the freezer drawer with a large ice storage bin. Both the refrigerator and freezer are very spacious despite its narrow 30 width. The inside shelves are split and adjustable. The storage bins on the inside of both doors are also very spacious for condiments. The large bottom drawer below the fruit/vegetable drawers extends the entire width of the refrigerator and holds A LOT. The LED lighting is great. It is not fingerprint-free stainless steel but thats okay. It is extremely quiet - you cannot hear it all only when the freshly made ice drops into the bin. The water and ice are both filtered. We are very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend this product.

The frig inside is wonderful however I thought the front of the doors were metal so I can put all my wonderful magnets that I had purchased for the last 55 years. Turns out the doors are stainless steel and I really do not like it at all I am very disappointed with that plus it did not come in white.

I bought the refrigerator 2 yrs ago everything worked fine until recently - the compressor stopped working and we lost all the food in the unit. An appliance repair guy got it working again but we are waiting for a warranty repair order to make a permanent fix. That is replace the compressor or replace the refrigerator.

I bought this a week ago - and wow Just. Yes . First and foremost- the LED lights inside make everything in the Fridge easy to see- no matter if a tall object is put in the way of a smaller one. Secondly- the door space is HUGE. I can easily fit a gallon of milk in them. Thirdly- its so quiet I enjoy the water machine doesnt have the ice capability in the outside ice maker is located inside the freezer. This allows mass-use if the ice as well as less maintenance problems I love how much room I have compared to my prior Fridgiaire Model Ill end with the customer service. I called LG and I spoke to someone who was in my area San Diego. She was really empathetic and helped solve everythig. I had a concern about the water hook up.

Warranty service that was seamless

Moderately reliable 5/3/2023

Fridge compressor died 5 years in and the entire extended warranty process was the best. I made the claim at 1 a.m. EST had a scheduled tech within hours on a Wednesday. The fridge was fixed that Friday. The extended warranty was worth it A fridge should last more than 5 years.

Keeps perfect temps

Nice unit but shelving edges broke right away. Shelves do not slide and cannot are left and right specific. Door storage and freezer is terrific. Deli drawer flap also brok on one side while flipping up. Food is kept fresh in bins and temp control water and ice work perfectly. Unit hums sometimes for long periods of time. For the price in comparison to others is reasonable. Quality of interior could use improvement

In Love with this Refrigerator

Not like the old style where you have to practically stand on you head to get anything out of the Fridge Lots of Air Flow and Room. The Lights are Bright and light up the whole fridge. Just Love it

Nice Fridge

Bought it nearly 5 years ago. Worked well until a few weeks ago and then freezer quit cooling followed by the refrigerator. Compressor was replaced under warranty a few days ago and hopefully we have more trouble free years. The temperatures seems to fluctuate more than I like but we will see.

This refrigerator is great until the COMPRESSOR BREAKS AT A YEAR OR SO. Look at the number of reviews complaining about this problem. Then ours has been broken for over a week the LG repairman has been out here 3 times and we are still living out of coolers. Here is someone elses review ~ SHORT LIFE SPAN OUR LG REFRIGERATOR DIED AFTER 4 The compressor in our LG refrigerator stopped running in less than 4 years. LG had it replaced under warranty it ran for 6 months and died again. They stalled working on it again for 2 weeksunacceptable for most users and we had to replace our refrigerator. Obviously we did not purchase another LG. I will never buy anything from LG again.

Three experts gave me 3 different ways to hook up water supply. None of agreed with owner manual page 26. After multiple trips to buy hardware recommended I simply followed common sense and connected obvious method. Works fine now.

Compression Died

I bought this at Rosners a major appliance store in Florida. After about a year and a half despite a 5-year warranty I paid for the compressor died leaving both fridge and freezer totally inoperable. Using the 5-year insurance I purchased from Rosners a worker came and said the compressor the main operator of the appliance was dead. Prior to knowing that as I was away for a day I came home to see the damage it caused. Every item in both the fridge and freezer was demolished. I did pay for insurance through the vendor and will explore what is owed me for food costs of waste. Yet the mess the rotten food costs including the need to secure a deep cleaner to clean up the mess. Additionally the loss of food and beverages to be discarded and replaced and the cleaner to fix the appliance after it was fixed may have cost me a lot of money. I am willing to provide an estimate of that under separate cover. After this issue I researched LG and learned that they have a history of lawsuits about their compressor failures. I wish I knew that before I purchased mine at Rosners. I will review Rosners responsibility is this whole mess for me as well.

Ok but needs better quality plastic bins

I have had to replace the bottom drawer twice due to cracks from items falling off top shelf and repaced one of the side door plastic bins due to cracking. Very cheap bins easily cracks. The bottom freezer has 2 levels and the bottom level is difficult to access b/c the ice tray is right above it. I think I would choose a different fridge if I had the choice to buy again.

Refrigerator Replacement

My old refrigerator quit working so I went to Home Depot to see what they had in stock. I took the measurements available in the space for my refrigerator. I have limited space so I needed something smaller. I got a great deal on this LG and had it delivered the next day. It has worked great but I havent used the ice maker yet. I have no water line to the refrigerator yet. I would recommend this product.

When love soirs

We brought this beautiful fridge 10/2021. March3 2023 we found that all the food in the freezer had thawed. The entire unit was not cooling. It is now March 20th and we still havent been able to get the unit fixed/and or approved for repair. A local serviceman came and through diagnosis discovered that the compressor was bad The UPC label in The fridge has a completion date of 10/21. We are beyond dismayed first at the breakdown and secondly the apparent lack of concern for our inconvenience and loss of money from the food stored inside from LG. Would have a difficult time endorsing this product
