Just had a service call from Anthony's for our 16 year old Whirlpool frig to replace the cold water storage and delivery system. The tech was very personable and professional, completing the job in less that 1 hour. the price was very reasonable as well. Thank you Anthony's! Your service person is a great ambassador for your company.

I have found my new appliance store!! I bought a Maytag washing machine from Anthony's and had a great experience in the buying process enough to have bought it from them after visiting several stores prior, and cost was not the issue at the other places. We got it home, and wouldn't you know it?...... there was a defect in the machine, and it quit after 1 wash. I have dealt with so many bad appliances and warranties over the years to have a feeling I was about to get screwed over or this was going to cost me much more money. Anthony's sent a tech to my house, diagnosed the issue, got it going to use it until the proper parts came in and came back a week later and fixed it in my home for absolutely no charge!! True guarantee right there! As a Regional Operations Manager of a company myself, I know great service when I see it. That great service will earn you a customer for life!! And it has.

We recently purchased a new refrigerator from Anthony's. We made the selection online, checked against the competitors and made sure we were getting the lowest price. I made the deal on the phone with Wes Bradford (G.M) and had it delivered the next day. and the service is impeccable, they give you an honest opinion along with reasoning as to what you should be looking for. This is our third purchase in last 15 months and they have always delivered the next day unlike the more popular big boxes who promise delivery in 7-10 days. Next time we need an appliance , it will be from Anthony's

A sales person will sit down with you and discuss your needs. They deliver the new and haul away the old for just under fifty bucks. Taking away the old appliance is a big deal. They delivered the next day on time.

I have never been so impressed with the customer service that I have received from the Service Department. Haskell took my call and was polite the entire time and explained the charges very well. The technician came out and fixed my dryer at the scheduled time and I will forever be a customer of Anthony's. Great job guys

Anthony's TV & Appliance is always my go to store. They are very knowledgeable about their products, listen to the needs and wants of the customer instead of pushing you into the highest price item, and, as an indecisive shopper, they patiently help me make great decisions. Thank you for making my experience fun. I love my Whirlpool appliances. The delivery service is great too. I highly recommend buying from this store. You won't be disappointed.

We thought we needed a new compressor for our five year old Whirlpool refrigerator after another company that Whirlpool referred us to quoted a price of $1200 to repair it. Anthony’s Repair came out after quoting is a price of $700, but after looking at the refrigerator himself, Gerald determined it was a relay switch and replaced it. Gerald then texted to check on how the refrigerator was cooling that evening and the next morning! We ended up paying $150, gave a family member a referral to Anthony’s and saved a ton of money because we worked with an ethical, customer-focused company. Thank you Gerald and Anthony’s!

I was able to order my new fridge and stove online, and they delivered them promptly. I received a courtesy call from the delivery tech about 30 minutes before he arrived which was helpful since I was not home at the time. They did not install my appliances (we asked them not to because we were replacing the kitchen flooring) so they suggested leaving our appliances covered in their protective wrapping. All in all, we had a great experience with Anthony's. The pricing is fair for brand new and beautiful appliances plus the excellent delivery service they offer. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I just want everyone to know how happy I am with the responsive service from Anthony's TV & Appliance. Spoke to Wes at 0900 knew exactly what washer i wanted, paid for it over the phone, and by 1045 they were at my house installing the washer. That is Outstanding service!!!!!

Awesome customer service. I called to see if they had a fridge in stock, since Home depot and Lowe's would have to order it. Shelley answered and she found out they did. I came up and the gentleman that helped me was so.polite. He did not.try and upsell me.on anything Would definitely recommend

I recently bought a home here in MWC. I almost went to "Big Buy" for a new dishwasher. I thought I would try Anthony's last and I was glad I did. Wes got me into a BETTER model of the same brand of dishwasher installed for less than what I was about to pay at Big Buy for not exactly what I wanted. Wes was helpful with no pressure. He didn't try to shovel cash-grab extras down my throat. I wanted a dishwasher, he found it, and I paid. Installation was NEXT DAY. The installer was prompt and friendly. He did a great job and hauled off the old one too. It's nice to know, that according to the installer, Anthony's actually disassembles and recycles your old appliances rather than just dumping them in the landfill. Thanks again guys, you have definitely earned my business!!!

We checked out the big box stores only to find out they have no way of taking care of us after they sell it to us. Your sales staff was very knowledgeable. We had all our questions answered and even learned a lot! The installer went out of his way to make sure nothing was damaged and it was delivered on time. I have purchased TV and Appliances from Anthony's for over 40 years. They have always been competitive and in many cases beat the prices of the big box stores. Where they really shine is installation and service after the sale. The good news is you will deal with the same people you bought from. Anthony's has a great staff.

We have used Anthony's twice and have been pleased.  My wife did comparison price shopping for an induction stove top and a convection oven and the had the best prices. I just bought a washer and dryer. Again the price was good and they deliver and set up same day or next day.

I have had the opportunity to use Anthony TV and Appliance on two occasions now. Their service department has knowledge and diagnostic skills that surpasses no other. They are an overflow company for Sears and I hope to always be on the overflow list!Linda in the service department goes above and beyond to ensure the customer receives the services so deserved making you feel as though you are the only customer Anthony TV and Appliance has!This family owned business is one of the best I have run across.
